No more private profiles on Google+
2011-08-03
In a statement broadcast as a Help article, Google warned that since non-public profiles obstructed user tries to find and connect to other members of Google+, the company will start to remove all personal user profiles after 31 July 2011. Stories internet site Cnet did contact Google for comment as to whether the search giant had already started removing profiles, though the spokesman could only recap the contents of the first help article. While making your profile public is now imperative on Google And , it does not mean that all of your info must be perceivable. Google only needs that your complete name be observable to make the profile "public". Other info can be concealed on demand thru the edit profile functions.
